Return and Exchange Policy

NS Leathers has several terms and conditions for the return and exchange of products, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Guide regulated by the Ministry of Commerce and Investment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. These terms allow you to return any product purchased from NS Leathers within 3 days for returns and 7 days for exchanges from the date your order is delivered, under simple conditions. This can be done in two ways:

1. Refund to the original payment account of the person who made the purchase.
2. Adding the value of the purchased items as store credit to your account on the system.

Always Ensure to...

• Do not cut the box or packaging of the product so that it can be returned to its original state during the return process.
• Ensure that you are registered on the site to benefit from all services and return policies.

Cases Where Return and Exchange Are Applicable:

• Return or exchange is allowed in case of a manufacturer defect in the product at no charge.
• If the goods or products are not in accordance with the specifications mentioned in the product deion.

Return and Exchange Conditions:

• Ensure that no seals or tags are removed or damaged on the product or its packaging.
• Return the product within the specified period to comply with the return and exchange policies.
• The product must be unused and in the same condition as it was upon delivery.
• You must register on the website to have the refund credited to your account.
• The product must have a manufacturing defect; products damaged due to misuse will not be accepted.
• Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
• In case of exchange or return, the customer bears the shipping costs.
• The return or exchange process will take up to 5 business days from the date we receive the product to verify that it is in its original condition.
• If there is a defect in the product, we will cover the shipping costs.

How to Return or Exchange Products

• Return the product to the address from which it was shipped, or contact us first for guidance on how to return it.
• Pack the product well to prevent damage during shipping.
• We will contact you upon receiving the product to arrange the exchange or refund process, and 50 SAR will be deducted for delivery and collection charges.
